Mallard Z4 Check Ring Valve
The Mallard Z4 is a four-piece screw tip assembly with a two-year wear-through guarantee on the carbide-faced option. Designed for shot-to-shot consistency and reduced valve wear. The go-to solution for processors running abrasive or high-temperature materials.
Injection Molding Screws
General purpose tool steel screws and ZP performance screws for shear-sensitive, abrasive, and color-critical applications. The ZP screw uses a variable flight profile to reduce mechanical shear, delivering a cooler and more homogeneous melt with higher throughput.
