- Oil and gas, EOG series compounds are NORSOK M710 certified with wear volume up to 60% lower than standard PEEK/PTFE blends.
- Structural applications in aerospace and drones, carbon fiber reinforced XCF grades deliver flexural strength up to 530 MPa at 50% the weight of aluminum.
- Medical grades withstand 500 or more sterilization cycles with biocompatibility support to EN ISO 10993-5.
Development quantities are produced on full production equipment, so initial testing and qualification reflect actual production behavior. Application support comes direct from the compounder — no intermediary, no delay.
